YANGON – BAGAN – MANDALAY - YANGON [5 Days / 4 Nights]
Day (1) Yangon
Arrive at Yangon International Airport.
Day (2) Yangon – Bagan (Flight)
Highlights of Bagan includes
Shwezigon Pagoda,the prototype
of Myanmar Stupas; Wetkyi-inn Gubyaukkyi Temple, with superb
mural paintings of Jataka scenes; Htilominlo Temple, noted for
its plaster carving ; Ananda Temple, with four standing Buddha
Images; Dhammayangyi, the finest brickwork of Bagan;
Thatbyinnyu
Temple, the highest temple in Bagan and Myanmar most treasured
handicrafts, a lacquer ware craftsmen's workshop in near by
Myinkaba village .
Day (3) Bagan – Mandalay (Flight)
Shwenandaw Monastery,the only remaining apartment of
Mandalay Palace noted for its intricate woodcarving;
Kuthodaw
Pagoda, known as the world largest Book;
Kyauktawgyi Pagoda,
which is just like a replica of Bagan’s Ananda Cave;
Mandalay
Hill, 230 meters in elevation, commands a magnificent view of
the city and surrounding countryside;
Mahamuni Pagoda, the
pleasant- looking image, ever being proportionate though daily
overlaid with gold- leaves; Traditional Handicraft Workshop
and
then proceed to the ancient capital Amarapura and
U Bein Bridge,
a 1.2km long teak bridge.
Day (4) Mandalay – Yangon (Flight)
Yangon whole day sight-seeing includes
Shwedagon Pagoda,one of
the world's most spectacular monuments;
Chaukhtatkyi Pagoda,
reclining Buddha image; Kaba Aye (World Peace) Pagoda;
National
Museum; Botataung Pagoda, a famous Landmark on Yangon’s
waterfront and Bogyoke Aung San Market, almost everything that
is interesting for a visitor in the Whole country can be found
in this market.
Day (5) Yangon
Morning at leisure and after lunch transfer to airport for
departure flight. |
