Tour Prices and Validity
All tour prices are quoted in USD and are valid as stated in our price list. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control such as increase in transportation costs, admission fees, hotel rates, government tax ect. Myanmar Royal Tours Company Co., LTD. reserves the rights to alter such applicable rates.

Child Rates
All rates published are based on adults. One child under (12) years is granted a reduction of 50 % of the tour price that he/she is accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room in an existing bed. Please check with us before proceeding with any reservations.

Group Discount
Every 16^th members of the group will be given one complimentary.

Payment
A deposit of minimum 30 % of tour cost is required within (30) days after confirmation of the tour. Full payment must be made (20) days prior to the arrival of the clients. Payment can be made by telegraphic transfer to :

Cancellation Fees & Refunds
If you cancel your bookings, the amount payable is determined by the date on which written notice is received.
 

	30 days prior to arrival	:	None
	21 to 15 days prior to arrival	:	50% of the entire charge
	14 to 7 days prior to arrival	:	80% of the entire charge
	Less than 7 days prior to arrival	:	100% of the entire charge

Please note that no refund will be given in part or full after the commencement of the travel. There will be no refund for any unused air ticket, ground transportation, meals and sightseeing tours or accommodation either in part or full.
